hello everyone

i did not get transferred so i am staying in natal and cidade verde but elder firmo got transferred and i got a new companion. his name is elder gimenez and he is from paraguay. i am pretty sure he hates americans or something. i´m not sure what it is. but anyway conference was awesome and i got a few letters and the package that was amazing. thank you to mom and dad and the gibbons and hunts and cummards and baldwins and for everything inside i enjoyed it very much and i still am and will for the next few weeks. oh yeah speaking of mail i need to ask everyone to do a little something for me: whenever you receive a letter from me, write me a quick email and let me know that you got it. cuz its difficult to keep track and i sent some letters to people like 2 months ago that i think still havent arrived. so if y´all could do that for me it would help a lot. thx

unfortunately we did not baptize camilla and her brother this past week but i am gonna work really really hard to make sure that we do it this week. its frustrating cuz she is wanting to put it off a little bit but the problem with that is if the baptism is post-poned that means the gift of the holy ghost is as well. and then they dont have the spirit to help them out and continue to testify the truth to them and satan puts doubts and trials in their way and they end up not getting baptized. i have seen it happen a hundred times out here and i am not gonna let it happen to them but its good they have aparecida, the mom to help them. but anyway there are a lot of complications of things going on right now. we are still working with daniel and johnathon too i dont know if i already talked about them but who i really wanna teach is paulo, but he has been in and out of the hospital so this week will be good to start fresh with him and do some strong commitments and use all of the stuff i have been studying for him.

glad to hear chad angle made it home and is doing well and i cant believe G already comes home here in a couple weeks. am i the only one from our ward currently in south america? if so i am proud to represent HP down here. but its getting hotter every day. i am pretty sure i will spend christmas in this area but we´ll see.

thanks again for the letters and packages. happy birthday this week to vicki sherwood the greatest mom in the entire world. without a doubt. hope everyone has a good week and enjoy the semi-cool weather.
