so... happy birthday to ellie girl this saturday! (is it saturday?) actually the weird thing about it being march already is that i will actually be coming home in march, because of the way our visas and transfers will work out. so, if you want, you can call in the radio and request the bon jovi song ´´we´re half way there, livin´ on a prayer´´ and dedicate it to me. time flies.

i got my letters and birthday package and it was awesome. the shirt that mom sent is fresh and i enjoyed all the starburst and other stuff. also, i wish to thank all the members of the HARMONY PARK WARD for the valentines stuff. i hope everyone in HP knows how much i love and miss them. i think we will have mission conference this week so if there is anything else waiting i should get it.

this week wasnt the best one... we went through some of the creepiest and craziest experiences this week. bad enough that i dont even wanna explain them. but satan really likes to mess with missionaries, i will tell you that. so that stuff plus our baptisms fell through and as hard as we worked this week, sunday morning of course everyone had an excuse to not come to church. but thankfully daniel and andréia came, so no they didnt move yet, it will either be this week or maybe even the week after. andréia works for the government so they are waiting on her transfer, it could be any day now so we´ll see.

the good news is our recent converts are awesome. fábio is preparing to receive the priesthood this week. him and samara are great, there is a completely different feeling in their house now. the spirit really is always there. also Leandro, our 17 year old guy we baptized last week, we were talking with him the other day about going on a mission and he seems really interested and excited. i am sure he will go and be a super missionary.

we are now in the rainy season here, it rains every day in the early afternoon for at least an hour. so its good to escape the sun for a while, but after the rain it just gets more humid and stays that way. also rain just gets really old really fast. but i think it will stay this way for a few months. but, i gotta run. let me leave you with a thought:´´what is prophecy, but history reversed? nothing. the only difference is, prophecy is the events recorded before they happen, and history is the events recorded after they have happened. and of the two, prophecy is more to be trusted, because it comes from inspiration from god, while history depends on the writer, and may include bias and opinion.´´....
