well what a week. i definitely need to congratulate scott and alisse, the college grads, ellie and noah, the preschool grads, riggs for pitching the winning game, and of course jaxen, for the BAPTISM! parabéns to everyone on the excellence! i´m proud of all of you.

we have had slower days lately, lacking people to teach... time always goes by faster when you´re teaching people rather than finding them. but we have stayed busy with the few people that we have, although our family isnt progressing that great that we have been trying to get more active and baptize the dad. but we are gonna do a family night with them and another fam in the ward.

one of the wards we take care of is having a lot of difficulty. we cover the ward of Tibirí (chee-bee-ree) which is awesome and constantly growing, but then there´s the ward of Os Municípios (oos moo-nee-see-pee-oos) that is actually pretty much shrinking, and has a lot of inactivity and always drama going on, so its a lot harder working with the members there and we dont get hardly any help. if things continue like they are now, the ward could shut down in 6 months or less. that would be really sad.

i still love my man elder amarante (ahh-mah-rahn-chee) and we are working hard and getting along great. he snores louder than anyone i have ever known, and speaks full sentences every night in his sleep. sometimes i think he is gonna murder me in his sleep or something, its kinda creepy. haha i hope we stay together for a long time. teaching him english is a 24-7 deal. i helped all my other brazi comps with english but this one i am actually teaching and he is progressing well. p.s. you never realize how complicated and wierd the english language is until you try and explain it to someone who has no concept of it.

now, for the urgent issue: no one has been filling me in on smallville and i completely forgot about it until the other night, cuz this was supposed to be the last season. so i dont wanna know all the dirty details of the show, cuz that will ruin it for me, but fill me in at least on the season finale that should be this week or the next, and whether it is the very last episode or not.
