my dear loved ones,

lots of good news here. first things first i got transferred and i am already here in my new area. but i will explain more about that here in a second.

so we made the trip to caicó, and then to campina grande earlier this week for the conference and that was awesome. we had to spend the night before and after in caicó and what a great day it was to finally recieve my mail and have like 5 packages waiting for me. mom you´re the best. also great that day was i got to chill with Lohman there and the whole ride home so that was awesome. and just the whole conference and training in general was really good.

we had a couple baptisms fall this week, once again thanks to those that fight against the kingdom of God but we still had one that was great. his name is edson and he was all in to drugs and everything with it but we have been helping him through it and with the lords help he has changed. so it was a great baptism service, he cried and everything. and i have a picture but i forgot my camera so i will send it next week.

last night we called the zone leader to pass our numbers and found out that me and elder alan were both being transferred, and i was headed to an area called cidade verde. it was a very bittersweet night, it was sad saying bye to everyone in currais but it was quite a thrill to know i was finally being seperated from my companion and getting a new one. so i packed all my stuff last night and woke up really early and dragged my luggage down the dirt roads of town to the bus station at 4 in the morning. this area is like 3 hours away from currais novos so i arrived here a few hours ago. so this area is gorgeous. the name speaks for itself..."cidade verde" means green city. it is part of natal, which is the capital of the state that i am in, and its right on the beach. my new companion is elder firmo, a brazilian, and i love him he is so chill. it is beautiful. i am really excited to be here.
